I, like many people, have a great anxiety about going to the dentist. I have been shopping around and asking around for a good place to go after our moving back to Rapid City almost 2 years ago… Kiefer was recommended to me by a couple different people. I was apprehensive about my visit there for the first time today as a new patient, knowing that I would have to go through all the start up x-rays and everything which are always horrible… But I must say it was the Best experience I have ever had at a dentist while having to do all the x-rays and everything. The hygienist was wonderful and friendly and both her and the doctor took time to visit and ask personal questions Beyond their needed information for forms. I loved hearing the faith based music playing as it was comforting and they also have a TV for you to look at while they are doing their thing in your mouth to help Occupy your mind. They even had a gift of coffee and a mug for me as I left- and that truly IS a first! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Let me just say, Kieffer Dental is amazing! I was super disappointed in a previous dental visit here in my area as they dropped the ball on taking care of my mouth and how much pain I was in. I went looking for a better dentist and found Kieffer. I made the trip out to Rapid City for them to do a root canal and a permanent crown. Not only did they fix the mistakes of the previous dentist, they got me in next day and had me done and out of there in just a few hours. Dr. Kort was fabulous and his assistant Shawnee was so considerate and personable, I was also visited frequently by Renee to see how I was doing. The care they took of me was top notch. My mouth feels amazing and my tooth is completely fixed. I will definitely come back!
